Farmers Commercial Roofing is truly dedicated to expanding the life of your roof by offering a top-notch maintenance program. While many roofing companies have the end game in mind of strictly trying to sell you a new roof, we at Farmers know that a roof can be a financial burden and offer solutions to add years to your roof by making sure all components on your roofing system are in good working order. Upon signing up for the maintenance program a member of the Farmers team will complete a thorough roof inspection and document and provide pictures of any deficient areas and supply the customer with the proper solution and estimate. Once all deficiencies are addressed and repaired Farmers will offer a custom maintenance program tailored to your roofing needs. Below is a layout of the services we offer.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE Checklist
- Inspect caulk points (penetrations, flashings)
- Inspect all debris on roof deck/ drainage
- Inspect inside of structure for water spots & stains
- Inspect integrity of roof cover (PVC, TPO, metal, shingle, tile)
- Gutter/Scupper cleanout
- Trim any small branches up to 3" in diameter 6ft away from structure
- Check all penetrations
- Electrical penetrations and make sure they're up to code
- Inspect all roof to wall flashing details
- Inspect A/C chase integrity
- Inspect all electrical penetrations and make sure they're up to code
- Inspect all interior ceilings
- Site visit once every 90 days
- Priority additional emergency callouts, in the event of damaging weather
- 72-hour guarantee post named storm site inspection
