Inspection Process

- With our maintenance program, a member of the Farmers team will complete a thorough roof inspection, photo documenting any deficient areas then supply the customer with a suggested solution with cost estimate.
- Once all deficiencies are addressed and repaired, Farmers offers a maintenance program tailored to your roofing needs.
Inspection Checklist
- Caulk points (penetrations, flashings)
- All debris on roof deck/ drainage
- Inside of structure for water spots & stains
- Integrity of roof cover (PVC, TPO, metal, shingle, tile)
- Gutter/Scupper cleanout
- Trim any small branches up to 3" in diameter 6ft away from structure
- Check all penetrations
- Roof to wall flashing details
- A/C chase integrity
- Electrical penetrations and make sure they're up to code
- Alll interior ceilings
