From Initial Consultation, to Final Inspection.

What you can expect
Who: Project Manager
Initial INSPECTION
We will inspect your roof and any interior damage.WHO: Project Manager
ESTIMATE
An estimate will be prepared and delivered to you for review.who: Project manager, Admin
SIgn contract
You will then need to sign a contract, a notice of commencement, and a color selection form.WHO: customer, Admin
First payment
We will collect a deposit to order product and begin work. I Manager can pick up the payment from you, or you may deliver it to the office. Once payment is received, we will order materials, apply for a permit and place the job on the schedule.Who: Project manager and construction team
PRODUCTION
Your project manager will contact you to schedule the installation and inform you about when the dumpster and materials will be delivered. Our schedule is weather dependent and we are unable to accommodate a specific installation date. Once the permit is approved, it must be displayed on site, attached to a window or door. On installation day, our crew will arrive between 7 AM and 8 AM. The production manager will be on-site overseeing the installation and will be available to answer any questions you may have.Who: Building inspector
job complete: FINAL INSPECTION
You will be informed of when the final inspection will be completed. You do not need to be present during this time. Your project manager will drop off the paperwork for the inspector prior to the final inspection. You will leave the permit packet on the door or window until the final inspection is completed. Our admin will schedule final photos for permitting department.admin
final payment
Final payment is due. We accept personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders. We also accept credit cards with an additional processing fee assessed.
